With over 20  years experience in the real estate industry Tom Jina  has a strong work ethic and dedication to serving his clients.  A belief that the client comes first has helped him become a successful Real Estate Broker.  Tom’s career began in 1999 when he obtained his sales license at the young age of 23.  He has worked for some of the major brand name companies in the business over the years, including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Prudential.  After experiencing the corporate environment and deciding that it was not where he wanted to be,  he was drawn to a boutique office where he practiced real estate for 11 years.  He earned his Broker’s License in 2008, and shortly after that became an owner-partner at the firm he was practicing at.    In April 2015 Tom opened the doors to Pacific West Real Estate Co.  With a vision of a company that embraces technology to help create an efficient environment that is easy to navigate both for the agent and the client, while keeping focus on the foundation of the importance of personalized client service.
